Seodisias is provided by Projekod Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Ali Gündoğdu, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye, Pamukkale, Denizli ("we", "us"). Seodisias is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. You may use the application to crawl and analyze websites for SEO purposes without any usage limits or subscription fees. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analysis results will be completely accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application. Seodisias, including its name, logo, and source code, is the intellectual property of Projekod Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Ali Gündoğdu. Seodisias is a Sparkzone product. Sparkzone is a brand of Projekod Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Ali Gündoğdu. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Denizli have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. If you use Seodisias as a consumer, this does not take away the protection granted to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Seodisias after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
