Seodisias is a Sparkzone product. Sparkzone is a brand of Projekod Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Ali Gündoğdu. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to Projekod Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Ali Gündoğdu.

Introduction

Seodisias is a desktop SEO crawler and website analyzer. Privacy is a core design principle. This policy explains which data the desktop application and this website process, and which they leave alone.

Desktop Application

Seodisias runs on your own computer. Crawl data, analysis results, and reports are stored locally on your device. Your crawl data, your reports, and the list of websites you analyze are not sent to us. The crawler itself only connects to the websites you choose to analyze.

Update Checks

When the application starts, and when you check for updates manually in the settings, it asks our server (api.seodisias.com) whether a newer version is available. The request contains the app version, operating system, CPU architecture, and interface language. Newer versions of the app also send an anonymous installation identifier.

The installation identifier is a one-way SHA-256 hash of your machine identifier combined with an app-specific value. The raw machine identifier never leaves your device, and the hash is not linked to your name or email address. It lets us count how many installations check for updates, rather than only how many requests arrive. We store these details with the time of the check. IP addresses are not stored in these records. The request never includes your crawl data or information about the websites you analyze.

Other Connections from the App

• Blog feed: the app loads the latest posts from the seodisias.com RSS feed to show news inside the app. This request contains no installation identifier.
• Feedback: if you send feedback from within the app, we receive your message. If you are not signed in, we also receive the email address you enter so we can reply.
• Optional account: the crawler works without an account. If you create one, we store the name and email address you provide, your login credentials, your plan, your team memberships, and an identifier for each device you sign in from.

Website Analytics

This website uses two cookie-free analytics tools to understand visits in aggregate. Neither sets cookies, and neither is used for advertising or to build profiles of individual visitors.

• Umami (Umami Cloud, cloud.umami.is) records page views with the page visited, referring website, browser, operating system, device type, and country.
• Suyla, our own analytics tool running on Cloudflare Workers (suyla.seodisias.com), records the page visited, referring website, country, time spent on the page, and campaign parameters in the URL. To count unique visitors, it computes a hash from your IP address, your browser's user agent, and a value that changes every day. The IP address itself is not stored, and the hash cannot be used to recognize a visitor from one day to the next. Raw events are deleted after 90 days, after which only daily totals remain.

Early Access Form

If you sign up for early access to Seodisias for teams, we receive the email address you enter and, on the full form, your optional answers about interests, role, and desired features. The form is processed by our Suyla forms service on Cloudflare Workers and stored in a Cloudflare database. We also store the time of submission, the referring page, your country, and a daily changing hash of your IP address that is used to block spam. We use this information only to tell you about early access and paid plans. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].

Hosting, Fonts, and Downloads

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and standard request data to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. Fonts are served from our own domain, with no requests to Google Fonts or other font CDNs. Application downloads are hosted on GitHub Releases, and GitHub's privacy policy applies to that download. Cloudflare, Umami, and GitHub process data under their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

You can ask us which personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
